The entry filter system is the brain of PumpTraderCEX. Before any simulated buy is placed, a candidate symbol must pass every filter you have enabled. Getting these right separates a profitable strategy from random noise.
Volume Filters
24h Volume (min/max USDT): Filters out illiquid coins and avoids overly dominant ones. A range of 500Kâ50M USDT typically targets mid-cap momentum coins with real liquidity.
5-Minute Volume Minimum: Requires a burst of recent volume, confirming that the move has active participation behind it.
Volume Acceleration: Compares recent volume rate (5m normalized) to longer-term rate (30m normalized). A value above 1.5 means volume is accelerating â a key early signal.
Price Action Filters
M5 Change % (min/max): The most important filter. A minimum of +1.5% in the last 5 minutes ensures you are buying into a real move, not a flat market.
M3 Change % minimum: A shorter confirmation window. Useful for catching faster breakouts.
H1 Change % range: Controls the macro context. Avoiding coins already up 10%+ in the last hour reduces the risk of buying the top.
Liquidity & Order Book Filters
Buy-Sell Proxy (bid/ask qty ratio): A ratio above 1.0 means more buy pressure than sell pressure at the best price â a positive signal.
Spread % maximum: Wide spreads (>0.3%) indicate low liquidity or manipulation. Capping spread keeps you in liquid markets.
Distance Filters
Distance from 24h High/Low: Trading too close to the 24h high can mean you are late to the move. Setting a minimum distance from the high (e.g. -5%) gives the trade room to run.
Start with conservative settings, paper trade for at least 200 cycles, and adjust from there.
