PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is protected by design. PumpTrader is a locally-installed application.
1. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
PumpTrader does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following to the developer or any third party:
- Your Solana wallet private keys or seed phrases
- Your trading history, positions, or balances
- Your strategy configuration or filter parameters
- Your API keys (Solana RPC, Jupiter, RugCheck, Telegram)
- Your IP address, device fingerprint, or geolocation data
2. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
All data generated by PumpTrader is stored exclusively on your local machine:
- trades.db — your trade history (SQLite)
- signals.db — token signal data (SQLite)
- state.json — bot runtime state and balance
- bot_config.json — strategy parameters
- config.json — signal filter parameters
- .env — your API keys and credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of these files. Do not share your installation directory or these files with anyone.
3. LICENSE AUTHENTICATION
To validate your license, PumpTrader sends a license key and your registered email address to our license server. This is the only outbound communication to the developer's infrastructure.
This data is used solely to verify your subscription status. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
4. THIRD-PARTY API COMMUNICATIONS
During normal operation, PumpTrader communicates directly with third-party services you configure:
- Solana RPC Provider — broadcasts transactions and reads chain data
- Jupiter Aggregator API — price quotes and swap routing
- Telegram Bot API — trade notifications (if configured)
Review the privacy policies of each provider. The developer has no control over the data practices of these third-party services.
5. NO ANALYTICS OR TELEMETRY
PumpTrader does not include any telemetry, crash reporting, analytics, or usage tracking. Your trading results are never sent to any analytics platform.
6. DATA SECURITY
Because all sensitive data is stored locally, your security depends on the security of your device. You are responsible for keeping your operating system up to date and protecting your device with a strong password.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
PumpTrader is intended for use only by adults of legal age. The software is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected in new software versions.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By using PumpTrader, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
